A Window To The World!

To say I've been super busy this week would be an understatement! I first started collecting and restoring my funky junk and furniture back in the early summer.  I got off to a slow start selling and even the annual town tag sale was a bit disappointing.  However this week I finally started selling.  And I mean selling!  I made a sale everyday this week!  This has been a pretty big accomplishment for me and I'm thrilled to be able to share it with my followers.  

Somewhere in between working full time, being a mom & wife, and making my sales I was able to create a new piece. 

I got this window for free a while back.  First I transformed it into a coffee table but I never really loved it.  Apparently nobody else did either because I had no buyers. 

So I gave it a makeover this week. Now I am so in love with the finished piece I almost hate to part with it.  I found a bunch of vintage maps online and rubber cemented them to each window pain.  It looks really cute on top of my bookshelf.  If I was to keep it I would mount it to the wall.
